- With the combination of the key: Press [Ctrl+SHIFT]
- and go to menu "Tools" (keep pressing Ctrl+Shift keys while you go to menu tools)
- Choose 'General options' - It should show the following window:
- Here you can go to tab "Database Traces":
- Click "Enable"
- Click 'OK'
- Reproduce the issue >> (if it is related to an error during check-ing, check-out, reverse engineer related to an statement the database trace will provide more information about what PD client is doing )
- Repeat steps 1 to 3 to see the generated information.
- Copy the output in a .txt file and after that click ok the checkbox 'Enable' to disable the trace.
- Click ok.
