Does the root cause analysis scenario in SAP Solution Manager allow to report on user statistics that allow to prove what a certain user has done throughout a work day?
Root Cause Analysis does not collect single statistical records which are correlated to an individual user. The activity of a single user can be recorded with the End-to-End Trace, but only if the end user is activating the trace on the user interface (e.g. Browser). When the trace is switched off, no more traces are written recording in detail the activity of that end user.
