Problem

Administrative user cannot access application. Missing authorizations.

Access denied; Service is down
Could not get MSKEY for logged-in user

Solution

  • Make sure the access to the backend Identity Management database has been configured correctly. See SAP Note below.
  • Make sure the authorizations for the administrative user have been configured correctly. See the documentation at help.sap.com/nwidm71 and help.sap.com/nwidm72:
