Problem

While the mobile client synchronizes with the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE), there are some error messages that are displayed.

Solution

Case 1: The error message displayed is File not Found

  • This message appears when the server on which DOE is hosted is down. Contact the administrator of the system on which the DOE is running.

Note: This scenario is not related to any issue on the DOE or the mobile client. It is caused by the system on which the DOE is running.

Case 2: The error message displayed is Internal Server Error 500 

  • This message appears when the web application server on which the DOE is hosted is down. This is a temporary problem. After a few minutes, synchronization works again. If the problem persists, contact the administrator of the system on which DOE is running.
    Note: This scenario is not related to any problem on the DOE or the mobile client. It is caused by the system on which the DOE is running.
  • In case the system is restored by using the backup and restore process, uploading all the application MCDs previously available in the DOE, may resolve this sync error.
