Symptoms

You had upgraded 6.40 System to 7.0 and application for Identity Management is not available

Solution

  • Go to: \\usr\sap\<SID>\JCxx\j2ee\configtool
  • Click on "configtool.bat"
  • Navigate to:
    instance -> server -> services
    • Select service "tc~lm~ctc~cul~service_sda"
    • Change startup mode from "always" to "manual"
  • Restart the system
  • No labels
