Support information is useful to determine the item information, such as used xml configuration and supported actions, for task items displayed in the Universal Worlist Inbox.
To enable support information:
- Log on in the portal with administrator rights.
- Choose System Administration > System Configuration > Universal Worklist & Workflow > Universal Worklist - Administration.
- Go to the Optional UWL Service Configuration area and open the tray for the optional UWL service
configuration with the icon on the right.
- Choose Edit and select True to display the the support information or False to turn off the display.
- Save your settings.
