An error occured while trying to connect to the provider.
In most of the cases it refers to a wrong configuration. This might be an issue related to
- Single Sign-On (SSO) is not configured properly
- Connection between the front end and back end went wrong
- Problem in the backend
- UWL Connection failed
- UWL Connector error
In your Universal Worklist Inbox, from within the iView menu, choose Display Connection Status.
The connection status of the defined systems are shown in a table. If the connection test was successful the status is Successful.
Otherwise the status is Exception occured. In addition some information about the exception is displayed in the table.
