Symptom

"System time out" error is displayed for configured connector upon fetching items form the backend system

Solution

  1. Log on to the portal.
  2. Choose System Administration > System Configuration > Universal Worklist & Workflow > Universal Worklist - Administration.
  3. Choose Optional Universal Worklist Service Configuration.
  4. Click on the Expand tray icon. It is on the right side of the screen.
  5. Increase the Timeout Value for the Connected Systems, in Seconds value.
  6. Save your settings.
