Solution

  • If you are a BlackBerry user, then ensure that while entering the password your first character is lower case as SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise authentication is case-sensitive.

     Caution: In BlackBerry device, the first character you enter in the text field will be always in upper-case.

  •  If you have entered wrong password during a very first time of your login to enterprise repository, then all consequent login attempts will fail even if you enter a valid user name and password afterwards. This is a known issue in SAP BusinessOjects Mobile 4.0. To workaround this issue, restart the mobile client application, and log in with the valid user name and password.
    Note: If you are using BusinessObjects Mobile XI 3.1, you must re-download the mobile client application onto your device.
