Symptom
Central Content Node (CCN) is currently unavailable.
Problem
CCN is down due to update or due to some infrastructure issues.
Solution
Please raise a ticket for the Cloud Ops team using component Cloud Ops - XX-INT-CLD-HCI-PI
Scenario 2
Symptom
Could not connect to Central Content Node, as the Content Catalog destination is not configured.
Problem
Service User configuration is missing.
Solution
Please raise a ticket for the Cloud Ops team using component Cloud Ops - XX-INT-CLD-HCI-PI.
Scenario 3
Symptom
Unable to copy package or download artifacts/ unable to open artifacts.
Problem
The service user does not have required role configured in ccn application.

Scenario 4
Symptom
Query Modeler does not fetch list of entities while modeling the query in HCI Eclipse Tooling.
Detailed Description
When you launch the query modeler by clicking on Model Operation, the modeler fails to fetch entities from the SuccessFactors system.
Solution
This is an issue with Eclipse memory. You have to modify the eclipse.ini file by following the detailed steps mentioned here.
