120 mins: user interviews, research, explore, discover and capture

Lunch buffet served with cold and hot dishes, desserts and beverages
ca. 01:00pm: "birds of a feather" sessions (30 mins) introducing available technology stacks

Design Thinking Part 2: Storytelling, Synthesis, Ideation & Prototyping

Discuss and analyze research results, understand and gain insights, create persona and point of view (POV), brainstorm, create mockups of prototype

15 mins: short break, choose your session
75 mins: split up into breakout sessions

  • 1 session for presentation and review of Design Thinking prototypes (with DT coaches, L12)
    3-4 mins. presentation per attending team, 2-3 mins. feedback 
  • 4 sessions covering all available technology stacks (with tech experts, L13)
    30 mins. tech introduction, 45 mins. coaching + Q&A, "challenge" the experts with your prototype ideas

You will collaborate with your team members to create the solution for your DT prototype using any of the presented technology stacks.

  • Synchronize what you have learned in the breakout sessions. 
  • Make your choice of architecture. Think about using "mini"-SCRUM to organize your work. 
  • Technology experts will be available onsite to assist your teams.

09:00pm: additional breakout/training sessions to "get you started".

Snacks and beverages will be served throughout the night.
