And not all types of partitioning is implemented by SAP as well. In this session, I would like to discuss what is partitioning and how to develop and implement a partitioning strategy for very large tables using database tools. Level of discussion: What is partitioning? This would be discussed at 10,000feet level How to develop and implement? This would be discussed at Ground-zero.

Moving from old to new technology

There are many of us that still use structure style of programming, we are the grey haired programmers!  So how do we move from our "old" programming ways.   What types of things will help?  And are our old programming skills useless?  This session will explore some of the ways to integrate what you already know into the newer technologies.  "Newer" is as in touching briefly on Object based programming and Webdynpro.  The focus will be on where to find help, how to start using technologies, and finally some code examples.

60 Minute University

Each person that would like will have 5 minutes to introduce a topic that she feels passionate about, followed by a 5 minute Q&A before the next presenter takes the stage. Within an hour we could get 6 we amazing introductions to different themes.

Sadly we did not have time for this event.  That just means we had a lot of interaction in the other sessions - so that is a good thing,
