Desmonde brings 12 years of SAP experience, 9+ years of SAP CRM experience and 9+ years of CRM middleware experience.  Desmonde is Mr. Mission Impossible when it comes to CRM Middleware.  For SAP Mentor 2010 Stephen Johannes, Desmonde is the man when it comes to CRM middleware problems.

Thomas Jung

Thomas Jung is an SAP Technology Solution Architect focusing on Custom Development Tools - particularly in the areas of ABAP and User Interface Technology. Before joining SAP Labs in 2006, Thomas was an applications developer for a SAP customer company. He was involved in SAP implementations at this customer as an ABAP Developer for nearly 10 years. He is also the co-author of the SAP Press Books, Advanced BSP Programming and Next Generation ABAP Development.
