Troubleshooting in Backend

Runtime errors or missing tables or missing views in customizing

Please make sure that you imported all transports in the given order. Import the main package first. Them CRM or ERP or Workflow. Import it one by one. Make sure you do the imports like this:
 

Missing Boxes in config service

The config service does not deliver boxes in test or productive system but they are defined in customizing. This can happen if you are using role specific customizing. Please make sure that you assigned these roles to the users in test and productive system.

Troubleshooting in Client

1) The first look should be the Log of the client. Start mob4sap client, press BlackBerry button and check the log. To see details you can set the log level to trace and add trace level logging to see also the XML messages.

2) Problems executing the ConfigXML? read the error messages in the Log. Maybe a firewall is in the way. Try to access the configXML via BlackBerry Browser.

3) problems executing a webservice? read the error messages in the Log. Maybe a firewall is in the way. Try to access the webservice URL via BlackBerry Browser. You should receive an error like "empty body" if the webservice was reached. As you executed it via Browser it is missing the XML message in the body
