Symptoms

You saw error "CIM_ERR_FAILED: "Object manager is not activated" or "500 Internal Server Error"" in defaultTrace file

Solution

This problem is out of CTC scope.

Check if SLD server is up and running.

Forward the message to BC-CCM-SLD queue.
