Description

If you accidently deny permission to send SMS or email or make call from a report when you are prompted while you are accessing reports through SAP BusinessObjects Mobile client app, and also select the "Do not ask again" option, then your subsequent attempts to send SMS or email, or call, gives the following error: Permission denied

Solution

To enable permission to send SMS or email or make call from a report, you must reset the firewall prompts option. And then choose "Allow" when you are prompted while you are accessing reports through SAP BusinessObjects Mobile client.

To reset firewall prompts settings, perform the following steps:

  1. In BlackBerry device, from the menu, select Options.
  2. Select Advances Options.
  3. Select Applications.
  4. Select SAP BusinessObjects Mobile (14.0.0).
  5. From the menu, select Edit Permissions.
  6. From the menu, select Reset Firewall Prompts.
