The error message if a user forgets to enter their PKI card is rather cryptic and not just a simple insert your PKI card and try again kind of message. This generates a lot of unnecessary help desk calls from users unaware that they just forgot to insert their card in the PKI reader or that it was not properly seated in the reader.
Is there a possibility creating a more "readable" error message ?
