You use SAP CRM and would like to find out about the latest techniques and methods to ensure that when issues arise they will be resolved as quickly and as easily as possible.

What is CRM Customer & Partner Outreach? 

CRM Customer & Partner Outreach is a series of tailored customer sessions delivered by CRM Product Support that are designed to address customer needs, educate and deflect.

This is a service provided by SAP Product Support and is available to all CRM customers.

The aim of Customer Outreach is:

  • To empower customers to resolve CRM issues as quickly and as easily as possible.
  • Demonstrate some of the changes that have been made on the service marketplace.
  • This is done through delivering recorded Webinars and a regular CRM Product Support Newletter 

CRM Customer Outreach is available to all CRM customers regardless of contract type and does not cost any service days.
