Question or Problem

During start of ECTR you get the error "Function module /DSCSAG/PSM_USER_SETTINGS_GET is missing."

E00878 - Der für diese Funktion notwendige Funktionsbaustein '/DSCSAG/PSM_USER_SETTINGS_GET' konnte im Backend nicht aufgerufen werden.

E00878 - The needed function module '/DSCSAG/PSM_USER_SETTINGS_GET' for this function could not be called in the backend.

Causes or Possible Causes

In the frontend you have installed the addons "ectrwui" and "psms" but in Backend the addon ECTRWUI is not installed.

The FM /DSCSAG/PSM_USER_SETTINGS_GET is included in ECTRWUI 510 SP05.

Diagnostic Steps

Take a look in the directory "addons" of you ECTR - installation.

Solution 1

When installing ECTR with the installer, remove the hook at the addon ECTR WUI or delete the directories ..\ectr\addons\ectrwui and ..\ectr\addons\psms.

Solution 2

Create an empty file "DISABLED" and put it into the directories ..\ectr\addons\ectrwui and ..\ectr\addons\psms.

Solution 3

Install the addon ECTRWUI 510 in backend.

Solution 4

Install frontend ECTR 5.2 and backend ECTR 520. The backend addon ECTRWUI has been included into ECTR 520.
