Working with the Wiki Dashboard (Homepage)
The Dashboard is our Home Page.
It is the same for all users but can be adjusted, so you can display user-specific content, such as favorite spaces or pages.

In order to do so, simply follow these two guides:

Marking a Space as Favorite

  1. Go to the All Spaces overview.
  2. Search for the space you want to mark as favorite.
  3. Choose  (Add this page to your favorites list).

You can also directly go to the space and choose Browse > Space Operations > Add Space to Favorites.

Marking a Page as Favorite

  1. Go to the page.
  2. Choose Tools (the "..." button).
  3. Press Favorite.

Why Do I Need This?

You can watch pages, page families, and spaces to receive e-mail notifications on any changes and new content.

Note

By default, Wiki will assign you as a watcher of any page or blog post that you create or edit. This behavior is called 'autowatch'.

There's no daily digest for email notifications. You'll receive immediate emails for important notifications (like mentions and new pages), but when lots of changes are being made at the same time, you'll only receive a single email with all the changes (within a 10 minute window).

You will not receive email notifications for content changes due to the output of a macro, because the page content itself hasn't been edited. We also don't send a notification when a comment is edited.
