Tactical dashboard uses metrics collected by the SAP Solution Manager - Application Operations - System Monitoring.
In order to display accurate values, some specific settings have to be done. In the following chapters, you will find the list of metrics to activate and the BW Data usage for each of them.
1- Mandatory Metrics
the following list of metrics needs to be present and activated in the Techmon templates.

2- Mandatory BW Settings
For each metric of the previous chapter list, the "Data Usage" needs to be set to Granularity "Long Like Medium, Additionally data for days, weeks, months" .
Please update yours templates and activate them, if these settings are not already set.
