Question or Problem

You get one of these errors in ECTR:

Incompatible Call Rejected, see note 2295840; Called Incompatible Function CDESK_SRV_MBOM_DERIVE 
Incompatible Call Rejected, see note 2295840; Called Incompatible Function CDESK_SRV_MBOM_MAINTAIN_MULTI   
Incompatible Call Rejected, see note 2295840; Called Incompatible Function RFC_EXPLODE_PRODUCT_STRUCTURE


Causes

SAP ECTR use some RFC modules. In S/4HANA systems it could be that some of them are on the RFC black list.

 

Diagnostic Steps

You can check with SE16n the table RFC_BL_SERVER for the mentioned function modules.

 

Known Errors and Solutions

Please remove them from the black list using the report RS_RFC_BLACKLIST_CUSTOM. Details are described in SAP note 2298711.
