Root cause:
- SNC name defined at the “Network” tab of the SAP Logon entry does not match the SNC name configured at the SAP system.
Solution:
- fix the configuration of the entry with the correct SNC name.
- SAP Support component: BC-SEC-SNC.
Additional test that can be performed:
- Logon to the SAP system (e.g., without SNC), access the transaction RZ11 and display the value of the parameter “snc/identity/as”.
