  • the end user’s client certificate is not installed.

Possible solution:

  • verify the user’s certificate installation / distribution.

SAP Support component:

  • BC-IAM-SSO-SL or BC-SEC-SNC 

Additional tests that can be performed:

  • If the SAP Secure Login Client is used, open it and verify that the end user’s certificate is missing.
