Introduction

This issue affects all versions of ECTR 5.2 / S4ECTR 1.1.

Question or Problem

Scenario:

• You try to switch the Application.
  
  • For example from CAD to ECTR, Office to ECTR or ECTR to Office.
• In ECTR you try to call a SAP GUI window.
  
  • For example "Display Document (SAP GUI)".
  • Show F4 help for an input field.
• In the CAD system you call an ECTR window.
  • For example: "Create document" or "Add component".
    

Problem:

• The called Application Window stays in the background.

Caused by

Window 10 release build 1809

Solution

Maybe a restart of the PC is required for this change to have an effect.
