Introduction

This issue affects version 5.2.6.0 / 1.1.6.0 only. 

Question or Problem

Scenario:

• You try to change material fields with the mass change function using the F4 value help feature.

Problem:

• You get the error:

  MG 142 The value & is not allowed for the field &

  

Caused by

PLM-32885 - F4 Value Help adds description to value. 

Workaround 

Change the value manually to the "internal value" before confirming the dialog. 

Or implement note "3223479 - Fixed: Mass change material - F4 Value Help adds description to value".

Solution

Use ECTR 5.2.6.1 or 1.1.6.1 as soon they are available (see PLM-33793 in release notes).
